At Diving Buddy, we believe that diving—whether freediving or scuba diving—is more than a hobby; it’s a way of life. Our platform is designed to connect divers based on location, skill level, and shared interests, fostering meaningful connections within a global community.
Our goal is to maintain a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for all members. These guidelines outline the behaviors we expect from our community. Familiarizing yourself with them is important, as violations may lead to actions such as warnings or account suspension.
Diving Buddy Rules:
1. Respect Boundaries

ㆍ Keep public profiles free from inappropriate or explicit content.
ㆍ Private conversations should only occur with mutual consent.
2. No Violent Content
ㆍ Help maintain a positive atmosphere by avoiding violent, graphic, or harmful content.
ㆍ Handle conflicts respectfully and thoughtfully.
3. Communicate with Respect
ㆍ Engage courteously with other divers, regardless of their background.
ㆍ Respectful communication leads to positive connections.
4. Zero Tolerance for Hate
ㆍ We do not tolerate racism, bigotry, or any form of discrimination.
ㆍ Report genuine violations of these policies.
5. Lead with Kindness ㆍ We take action against harmful or harassing behavior.
ㆍ Cultivate a culture of kindness and support.
6. Age Restrictions
ㆍ Users must be 18 years or older to join the app.
7. Follow the Law
ㆍ Any illegal activities, online or offline, are strictly prohibited.
ㆍ Maintain ethical behavior both on the platform and in real life.
8. One Account Per Person
ㆍ For privacy and security reasons, each user should have only one account.
9. Respect Privacy
ㆍ Obtain consent before sharing images or private conversations.
ㆍ Do not share any content without proper permission.
10. Promote Positive Engagement
