Air points are generally non-refundable. Refund requests for purchases through the App Store or Google Play are subject to their policies.

2. Can I request a refund for payments made within the app?

Diving Buddy® offers a 7-day refund policy for in-app transactions. Contact us at contact@divingbuddy.io within 7 days of the transaction date for assistance.

3. Are subscription payments refundable?

Subscription payments are non-refundable. If canceled, your access to features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
